B.) Or if an Employer posts a job, and you respond, your resume will go directly to the Employer and they will screen your resume and decide to call you for an Interview.

- “Click” on to the TAB in your JOB CATEGORY (Nurse, Marketing, etc.)
- “Click” on to your job preference. (Case Manager, at IMDmarketing.com)
- If the job contact is “IMDmarketing.com” your resume goes to us, we contact the Employer.
- If the job is posted by the “Employer” your resume goes directly to the Employer, and they decide to contact you.
- One of our Recruiters will contact you for more info, regarding your interest & interviews upon your e-mail request.
